B. Review of Minutes
Motion to accept minutes made by Mary Blair, seconded by Frank Cochran; three abstentions.
C. Agenda Review
Motion to accept the amended agenda made by Shirley Wayne Washington; seconded by Wayne Hobbs: unanimous approval.
D. Internal Affairs Statistical Report & Remarks
Captain Blanchard reported that thirteen (13) cases were received, one case was turned over to another department leaving twelve (12) new cases and eleven (11) cases closed in March,
The IA report for 2010 can be handed out at Management Team meetings.

A new Officer has been assigned to the department: Detective Craig Dixon, currently off injured.

May 2nd – 6th, IA will be at the CT State Police facility for POST training.

Reading assigned to panels A & B. Frank Cochran and George E. Carter suggest that case 046-10 be read for training purposes,

E. New Business
The New Haven Police Citizen’s Academy classes begin April 27, 2011.
A Community Dialogue with Chief Limon will be Thursday May 5th, 6:00 P.M. at the Fair Haven Library 182 Grand Ave. New Haven. The Community Dialogue series is held in different districts, different nights and put on by Community Mediation.

F. Unfinished Business
Reginald Thomas, Manager CRB Services spoke with Rob Smuts about the CRB being notified when a press conference scheduled.
